Install Foreman
Description: A leader who enjoys working with people and likes to get dirty too? If that describes you, you may have just discovered your dream job.
Job Role: Managing a crew, working with our customers, driving a skid steer and making sure that our customers have the best looking lawns around.
Semi Driver
Description: So you like to drive, but want to stay local? We understand, we have families too. Enjoy driving by day, and sleeping in your own bed (not in the back of your truck) at night.
Job Role: Loading sod pallets on a flatbed and delivering them to homeowners and commercial sites. You will also be working directly with our customers at the delivery site before unloading and coming back for another run.
Harvest Crew
Description: Calling all early risers! This is a great job for those who like to get to work right away so they have their afternoons to play!
Job Role: Riding around on the back of a tractor while tossing rolls of sod onto a pallet. There may be the occasional opportunity to drive the forklift, which carries sod pallets off the field to the semi. If you don’t like getting dirty, this probably is not the job for you.
Install Crew
Description: Like to see the fruits of your labor? You can be part of a team that completes one beautiful project after another. Start seeing green—in your work and in your pocket.
Job Role: Essentially you will be un-doing the work of the harvest crew. You’ll be taking the sod rolls and rolling them back to their original shape—flat; creating a beautiful green carpet which will be someone’s new lawn! There is also a bit of
dirt raking and sod trimming involved, but putting down the sod is the main idea.
